Most helpful even after I’d bought my property can’t say better than that

Dale and company have evoked very polarised reviews. He sells the most properties on the estate and has the only agents office on the estate. I have found them to be professional, efficient and successful. He spent time discussing the valuation with me and was on par with the other agents I contacted. He listened and agreed with our circumstances to place the property on the market at slightly less than he felt could potentially be obtained but still at a good price.
He found my buyer very quickly, negotiated and increased his offer, authenticated the buyers information and invested time taking him around the property multiple times after the offer was accepted.
Before placing with Dale I challenged him on his reviews. He is forthright and unapologetic for the service he provides.
He works for the seller/ lettor and as such his duty is to them.
As such he will challenge information provided to ensure his clients interest. This can cause upset if someone is exaggerating.
I would recommend Dale and Co to any seller who wants a good outcome and any buyer who can prove there position and is willing to pay market value.
